Chilled water riser isolation — 38-floor mixed-use tower

Supply of butterfly valves for chilled water distribution risers across a high-rise mixed-use tower in Dubai. Dubai district cooling circuits operate at PN16 minimum — the MT Gold Series EPDM-lined butterfly (DN80–DN200) was specified for compatibility with desalinated cooling water and full flange compatibility with the existing mechanical installation.

Y-strainers DN80–DN100 cast iron PN16 were included at each pump suction point to protect impellers from construction debris. All units WRAS-certified, suitable for treated potable and process water circuits.

Residential compound — potable water isolation, 500 apartments

Supply of DZR brass ball valves and angle valves for a residential compound's domestic cold and hot water circuits. UAE desalinated municipal supply (ADWEA network) is highly chlorinated and low in minerals — standard brass dezincifies within 3–5 years under these conditions. DZR brass (CW617N) is ADWEA's mandated material for all potable water fittings.

Specified product: MT Carla series ½"–2" BSP PN25, WRAS and KIWA certified. Angle valves for bathroom and kitchen service points throughout the compound.

Supply of stainless steel ball valves and gate valves for utility isolation across support and maintenance facilities for an upstream oil & gas operator. ADNOC-adjacent projects require NPT thread and full EN 10204 3.1 material traceability — both supplied as standard with MT's SS316 two-piece range.

SS316 two-piece ball valves PN63 NPT threaded DN15–DN50 for process utility lines. Flanged gate valves PN16 DN80–DN150 for main header isolation. Full bore design maintained throughout for pig-passage compliance on treated water circuits.
