From our Jumeirah Lakes Towers hub: 24-48 hours within the UAE (all seven Emirates), 48-72 hours to Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain, and 72-96 hours to Qatar and Kuwait. All shipments include customs documentation pre-aligned to the destination country.
All AED prices shown on the catalogue are excluding 5% UAE VAT. VAT is added at the invoice stage for UAE-based customers with a registered TRN. For GCC customers outside the UAE, export documentation is provided and local taxes apply at destination.
For B2C retail orders via Amazon.ae or Noon there is no minimum. For direct B2B orders to distributors and project specifiers, the typical minimum order value is AED 2,000. Project quotations and bulk discounts are available for orders above AED 50,000.

For specific tender requirements, we provide signed Material Test Reports (EN 10204 3.1) and Declarations of Conformity on request.

Standard MT warranty is 2 years from invoice date against manufacturing defects under correct installation conditions. Specific product families (industrial cast iron range, butterfly valves) carry extended warranties up to 5 years. Warranty terms are detailed on each product datasheet.
Yes. MT's engineering department in Spain handles custom specifications: special materials (Hastelloy, Monel, super-duplex), non-standard dimensions, special pressure ratings, custom actuation. Lead times for non-stock customised products are typically 6-10 weeks from order confirmation.

For B2B orders we accept bank transfer (TT) and letter of credit (LC) for international orders.
